33.1.1   Members considered the update report and noted the progress made and the planned future activities.

 

33.2

LYDEKKER CAR PARK PAY AND DISPLAY MACHINE pdf icon PDF 103 KB

To receive a report from Paul Smith, Finance Manager.

Minutes:

33.2.1   Members received a report on the upgrade of the Lydekker Pay and Display Machine to make it cashless.  It was RESOLVED to:

 

(i)            approve the introduction of a cashless parking

machine at Lydekker car park.

(ii)               approve the release of £1,800 from the car park maintenance Earmarked Reserve.

To receive the New Common Management Plan from Julie Rees, Commons and Greens Officer.

33.3.1   Members considered the draft plan and the Committee RESOLVED to:

 

(i)           approve the draft revised Management Plan for Harpenden Common to cover the period 2018-2023

(ii)          run a series of public consultation events during January/February to

                          engage the local community and obtain feedback on the draft plan.
